Haiti, day 2
Juat a quick post from Haiti today, it’s been a long, hard and hot day. Even though life is back in so many ways and there is a strong energy of moving on, a visit to the main hospital in Port-au-Prince and its morgue is a reality check of a people with a long long way ahead. Trying to make further contact with hospital workers in Port-au-Prince, westerners or Haitian, to follow their daily routine, no luck yet, trying again tomorrow.
Shot the couple below in the overfilled morgue, still clinging to each other after leaving this world… Sad, strong and beautiful.
